I’M MOVING TO A NEW ADDRESS
If you are planning to move make sure to update your account at least 10 days before the next subscription is scheduled to be delivered. If for any reason you forget, no worries, just contact Member Services and we will do our best to get you what you need. You can also delay your subscription for up to 60 days if you’re planning to move. Contact us in advance for more information by clicking on “Contact Us” under the "About" tab and submit your request or call our Member Services.
HOW DO I RESUME MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Once your 30 or 60 day delay has expired, your subscription will automatically resume.
WILL I INCUR ANY RESTOCK FEES?
No, you will not be charged a restock fee but for any reason you forget to notify us 10 days prior to changing your address, your account may be charged a fee (up to 50% of the total amount of the order), if we are unable to retrieve the entire order or if the items returned are damaged. This will not affect your membership in any way.
CAN AVITAS GROOMING CLUB CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?
Yes. We reserve the right at any time to cancel your account without prior notice. Although is in never our intention to cancel an account, we do understand some individuals may refuse to adhere to the policies or other circumstances may arise and it may be in the best interest of both parties to part ways.
